    The drivers for this device are old. The housing for this device is cheap. There are no securing holes for a cable. Many sites warn using this device on Win10 bricks the OS. While I got it to work it was very difficult. Constantly disconnects.

    It didn't work on my Dell desktop. And, Windows drivers instructions are incorrect; There is not "Support & Download" tab

    The item was not working properly. When connect pc to monitor it is not reflecting some parts of the windows screen

    Why did a defective item that was returned (open box) get placed back on the store shelf to purchase again? This was a huge inconvenience for me. I trusted that it was working (AND missing instructions - could have downloaded a copy); could not return it on Sunday so had to go on my lunch on Monday and was charged the full price for the replacement. I guess no discount for purchasing a defective item. Will rethink if I want to purchase future items at Best Buy.

    Insignia's own website doesn't list the drivers for this adapter. Contacted support and they say it's discontinued, but still being sold in stores for some reason.

    So far I can't get it to work. I get a message that this is the wrong adapter. Don't know if it's too old a computer, too old a monitor or what. My friend who helps with these things has been busy so I hope to get it working. Plugs in nicely.

    Didn't work with my chromebook and now I'm outside of the window of time to return it so its useless. BestBuy really should have a longer timeline to return items like this. 15 days is too short.

    Not good quality, it doesn’t attach securely to the male wire. It comes off pretty seamlessly and it is a hassle to deal with.

    Does not keep the other monitor connected, tried with 2 different monitors because I thought one was bad but it wasn’t the problem it was the connector. Waste of money

    This doesn’t work when plugging into your lap top to the monitor. Some after market pieces just won’t work with certain brands. I found that out with other accessories.

    didnt adapt to computer, bad buy. very cheap, just get a vga to hdmi adaptor instead. this is no good at all
