Don't buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used this product for about a month to connect a 4k Samsung monitor to my Dell XPS laptop. I was concerned about how hot it got, but it seemed to work. It was not long until my screen would flash and flicker and I would have to unplug the device until it cooled off. This went on for some time with the periods of flickering starting sooner and the monitor being disconnected more than connected. Now when I plug it in it works for about 2 minutes.
