Today it just stopped working. It did the job fine for the past year, but evidently going cheap was a bad idea.

One is for email, the second is for some graphics production (using Canvas), the third is to hook up to the digital projectors at Colorado School of Mines for lectures (using powerpoint). I was assured by 2 Best Buy techs that the Insignia USB Type-C-to-HDMI Adapter or Type-C-to-VGA Adapter would work for my new Lenovo Yoga. Neither do! And I had 3 AV/IT people from CSM trying to figure out why not. My old HP laptop had both VGA and HDMI outlets that connected to the projectors with no problem at all.

It did not work for either phone. It would continuously change from connected to disconnected. Construction of product however looks sturdy.
