I tried this device for the first time yesterday. It works fast and easy. My only advice to any buyer is to find a special place for it and don't lose it because it's s small item and might get lost in the clutter.

Great tool and easy to use with my mac. Small size makes it easy to travel with.

I asked the sells rep to tell me what the difference was between the apple version and this item. He told me it was just a matter of if you wanted to be a purist or not. I decided to go with the Best Buy version and I am glad I did. It works just fine, I have had zero issues with it.

I needed a cheap adapter to hook a microphone up to my iPad Pro. This adapter works great and, in the case of my microphone and iPad, allows the iPad to power the microphone. A reasonable price for just the function I needed.

I needed an adaptor so I could plug in a portable hard drive and SD card adapter at the same time in order to transfer files from SD card to portable hard drive. My computer has one Type A port and 2 Type C ports. This product did exactly what I needed it to do at an affordable price.

I have had it for two weeks and it works great. With a MacBook Pro having two USB-C ports, I can connect my iPod or printer with this cable and use the other port for charging simultaneously if I want to. It is the only cable I have needed for my MacBook Pro. Apple was right in going to only USB-C.

Thank you for recommending this attachment.. my cellphone FROZE and the only way to TRiCk my cellphone was to use a computer KEYBOARD.. I was able to access most of my phone contacts & photos,

The OTG that ships with the latest models of smart devices by Samsung is too bulky to work with all but the thinnest of cases. This adapter is the same width, at the USB C side, as any charging cable making it compatible with the notoriously thick otter box cases. Completely satisfied.

Nice little USB C to USB A adaptor. I use this when I need to connect a usb a type of connector (thumb drive, hard drive) to my Apple Mac Mini. It is very versatile and easy to carry around and use with my MacBook Pro.

This does exactly what I needed it to do. The newer MacBooks don’t have USB ports but with this, I can still use a usb thumb drive which is super convenient! Also helps with charging a phone off your MacBook.

Bought a new laptop that only has one typical USB which I use for an external mouse. Needed this to access other USB devices (memory sticks etc). This allows me to use the USB C for those devices. Solved my issue completely! It is small so easy to carry with other laptop accessories.

My new ASUS laptop has 3 Type A USB connectors (one USB-2, two USB-3), and one new USB-C connection. The USB-2 connection is dedicated to Mouse functions, and I often need more than the two additional USB connections, so simply use the C-connector to create an additional (usual) USB-3 access.

I was delighted to find an adapter cable that solved my cell phone storage and download dilemma: how to download data from a computer to a USB drive and then attach that USB dtive to my cell phone in order to use the data. And tbe price was lower than I had expected.

I bought this extension and it is really good and make fast transfer possible. It is cheap and it’s worth the price in the market. I can connect my laptop with any possible old device which is not has USB C Cable

My laptop only has the USB type C. You would need this adapter to use your regular USBs and other flash drives. I ordered it online and got it the same day. In fact just after a couple of hours of placing the order,

I bought this adapter for my Mac since I bought the new one and it doesn’t have USB ports anymore. Best Buy was out of the Apple adapter, but the associate recommended me this one (which was also about $10 cheaper) it does the same thing for less and works great

Don't know what I would do without it. Don't like that my new MacBook Pro is not designed with a USB port - didn't know that when I ordered it. So the cord that connects USB-C to USB-A is definitely needed and I'm glad they told me about it before I took the computer home.

I have had a few “Wireless” mouses during my 25 years of using computers. Personally I am much more comfortable with a “wired” mouse.This USB Adapter has made the difference between wireless versus wired. So easy to use. Another great Insignia product.

I had a new Apple computer, a microphone with a standard USB lead. I asked for help and was quickly taken to the right product which worked perfectly not only for that purpose but to transfer the recordings by a standard thumb drive to another computer for editing.
