    After a phone wait and hold I gave control to the tech. He quickly got my new printer to print. I was unable to install the new printer on my HP desktop. The old printer was an HP Envy 7855 (3.5 years and working fine) The new printer is a HP Envy 7155. Very similar and I never used the scanning feeder. Always full page and didn't need the feeder.
