    I've only ever used Apple products so I always went to Apple when I had technical problems, but over the last few years the Apple techs have become distracted, rude, and frankly, not very smart. They've misled me more than once lately. So I decided to try the Geek Squad and I couldn't be more pleased. These folks are kind, smart and fast!
