Internet Problem - problem solved

My password wasn't working. So I went to Best Buy and got help to identify what cabling I needed to hook up directly to the wireless router. The solution worked and I was able to update my computer and subsequently I recovered the correct password and I am now a happy camper. Best Buy helped me initially and that gave me the final solution.

(Zoom was the only app that caused this issue). Since her laptop did not have a cat 5 socket, bought this to hard wire her laptop to our router. Works great! Has not has any wifi issues with her laptop on Zoom since then.
