In-store pick-up at Walden Galleria store was a disgrace. 20+ people waiting in line with 1 employee trying to manage Customer Service returns AND all pick-up orders. Saw plenty of employees milling around on the floor, trying to make sales, but Pick-Up desk woefully understaffed. Difficult to maintain social distancing with so many people congregated in one area. Tried calling the store to speak with a manager... sat in hold for 45 minutes, never spoke to anyone. Stopped a manager on my wait out of the store to plea for additional employees to be sent to the Online Pick-Up desk—no apology, no attempt to respond. Just said “everybody’s working.” Totally unacceptable. I won’t be back.

This works perfectly for connecting to thrac where it does not have that port and the attachment makes it all possible so yah!

Simple, reliable adapter for a wired connection between my laptop and my home office router. I use this whenever I'm working at my desk. And the price was right.

Need this for my son. Was able to connect his laptop to his dorm room wifi through ethernet. Now he has no problems with his wifi reception.

This adapter is very handy and works well. Wired connections allow for higher data rates and less chance of RF interference. I use the adapter continuously with no problems.

Many notebooks now don't have a Network plug, but when you want that extra network speed, this does the trick

What can you say, its a USB-C cable. No issues it does what it says it will do. Delivery was a little longer then I would have expected. But all is well that ends well.

It works well. Once in a while, Zoom says that my internet connection is unstable. I'm not sure of it's this device or my actual internet connection.

I was having difficulty downloading a 500 + gb file. WiFi was getting too much interference. I plugged this into my MacBook Pro and other end into cable. All was great again. So simple.

My husband bought this dongle for some type of need and then he thought he lost it, he was quite upset until he found it and then he was happy again.

We have been using this adapter for several weeks, and it works very well to connect an MacBook Pro to an Ethernet network when the wireless network does not provide enough bandwidth.

The adpater worked great with no issues. It's a plug and play it dowloads the drive to your computer as soon as you connect it.

I usually just buy the adapter from apple but saw the price and they had an open box price. Still works after a while and pleased with it.

Works as advertised, no complaints. We were having problems with WiFi dropping out, this allows the laptop to connect directly to the router by Ethernet.

simple yet effective, need this for my job and needs to be durable whit it does appear to be. Works great and at a greater value that an apple branded product.

This Best Buy brand ethernet cable works great. No issues at all. I plugged my ethernet cable into my modem and had an instant connection.
