Broke, not worth the money

Doesn't Really Work That Well...

Within two days, it stopped working. We didn't even bother trying for an exchange once we read that this seems to be a systemic problem with this product. So we returned it and went with w Verizon brand charger. Sorry, Best Buy and Insignia!

Not a great fit with my phone case

Unfortunately you can't test this connection since it's in a sealed box. If you are using your devise without a case you will have no issues... If you have a favorite case be cautioned it might not work well for you.
