This charger was not the right one for my phone.

I took it back and the manager gave me the right one for free! The correct charger is a fast charger. Great for a quick charge in the car!

Good Charger and fast

Does not rapid charge Nexus 5X
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The cord seems decently long and flexible, however it will not rapidly charge a Nexus 5X, nor charge it at all while the screen is on during navigation with google maps/here. I am aware that a hot device will not charge quickly, however even when the phone is cold, and simply plugging in the phone without running maps/gps, the lock screen will not display "charging rapidly" like other USB-C chargers will. Also, for the price, this charger should offer an additional USB-A port to allow you to simultaneously charge another device. The fact that the charger only has to manage one device and yet still will not deliver the 3amps @ 5V that the nexus 5x will take is disappointing.
