I get it home and it does not work. I don't think it was so much the product, but that it had probably been returned before and was put back on the shelf. My rating is more for the Best Buy location putting a broken charger back on the shelf to sell and not the actual item itself.

I've found you to hold it just so, cross your fingers, try about 3 different outlets and say a prayer to have a good shot a getting it to work.

The charging cord is also not detachable from the wall adapter and has a bright blue light when on. This is not an adequate replacement for my Samsung charger, which was missing from my original Best Buy order.
