Needed to replace one of my phone chargers. Staff was very helpful in verifying I was getting the right charger and adapter cord. Just in time before the pandemic shutdowns! Thank you.

Not a whole lot to say about a charger, but this one provides 12 watts and 2.4 amps which should be able to handle just about anything that charges via USB. It has a blue indication light on the front, which I'm sure some will like and some will not.

Very nice for charging iphone or other Apple products

A little dissapointed that it doesn't exactly charge my wall. The description is a bit misleading as I have a large drywall area that loses voltage currently. I did make use of it however to hook an unused USB cable to as a storage device. Enabling me to keep the floor clear of unused cables.

I needed an extra wall charger and cord so I didn't have to keep moving the one already plugged in to another room as we move the chromecast from one room to another. Worked great.

Works as intended with no problems. I find the Insignia products at Bestbuy (their house brand) to be high quality, functional, and less costly. I've purchased several Insignia product and they all have been first rate.

I purchased this charger for when I am on the road. It is not a quick charger but does a great job of charging my devices over night. You can't beat the price. It has met my expectations.

Thought it was the part of the charger with the pin to plug into the phone. Charger still didn't work after replacing the cable. Then replaced the plug and voila. Light on the plug lets you know it is powered and my phone was charging.

I carry it as a spare in my carryon bag. It''s neither too long nor too heavy. Seems to be well-built. Works fine daily (so far).

I received a $10 coupon from Best Buy and didn't want it to expire. There was nothing I could think of that I wanted at the time. Then I realized I could use a plug-in USB charger. It works just fine.

Since this was an out of box purchase I was hesitant. The sales person explained all the features and functions and drew up a complete contract that I feel I got GREAT deal. The tech were very knowledgeable and carefully hung it on the wall and showed me in detail how to use the remote to the best advantage

I bought this since by battery needs charging more frequently and this adapter can be used with my extra charger. works great
