    Store personnel were very helpful in helping me get this item. I needed the charging block to charge a tablet I'd just inherited and they identified my need and the most economical solution right away. I've been working with it ever since without a problem.

    Bought this as a back up USB wall plug since we have many gadgets and gizmos that require a USB charging port. It does with it is supposed to and we haven't had any issues with it not being compatible with any of the various charging cables. Good buy for anyone needing UBS chargers in multiple rooms of the house.

    The charger that came with my Kindle Fire took forever to recharge. Had to charge overnight and still wasn't at 100% by morning. This charger has my Kindle fully recharged in a few hours even while I'm using it.

    I have a Samsung 12 inch tablet that requires a 2 amp charger. Mine failed, so I looked around, and most replacements were $20 or more. Glad I stopped by Best Buy before I spent twice as much for the same thing!

    I bought this to go with the Modal - 4' Twist Micro USB Cable - Blue/Green for my daughter's phone. They work great together, are "fashionable" for my teenage daughter, and are both tough for her "abuse."

    smart phone charger was not working. Took to Best Buy and they tested and found that this wall end portion was not working and luckily they had this part....so didn't have to buy a new charger.
