Great video head cleaner. My VHS recorder has not been cleaned in a long time. After using this head cleaner my VHS tapes were very clear. I would recommend this product to anyone that still has a VHS player.

I have a VCR and the tapes don't play like they used to. I figured the heads on the machine needed cleaning. So I googled to see if anyone makes video head cleaners anymore & found this at Best Buy. It arrived very quickly & worked like a charm.

I had to add more fluid just to feel I used it correctly. Maintenance is favorable with older vcr since electronics are dust magnets!

It worked well enough - it didn't get stuck in the machine and cleaned the heads. - Amazing!

Old school but still use my vcr. I did recycle thru a bunch of old tapes, funny they were important when taped but now no particular need for all. Cleaning the heads should make any future tapes better to watch.

I have been looking for a VCR cleaner a long time and I was so glad that I finally found it. Not many people still own a VCR player since now it’s DVD’s. This cleaner will definitely satisfy my needs. The salesman was very helpful.

Vcr has not been used in a few years; heads were totally dirty and they were cleaned on first pass.

Still use vhs for time shifting, you guys had one of the last one of these cleaning devices on the planet, cleared a head clog in seconds

We used our VCR's until about 2 months ago. The last time I needed to clean the heads I tried using my old head cleaning cassette but it wouldn't work. So I bought a new one at Best Buy. Well it didn't work either. Not the fault of the new cleaning cassette. Turns out the VCR just got very tired and died. BUT the new head cleaning cassette really did work. Because of the sequence of these events we now have the Dish Hopper in every room. I call that a product that works.

Appears to be cleaning gunk off of the vcr heads. Price ok for the product. Adding shipping (because of corona virus) made it a bit expensive.

I'm glad to have found this cleaner at Best Buy. Almost all other retailers don't carry cleaners.

So glad that this product is available! It is very difficult to find products that are needed to use a VCR. Sometimes stores and sites forget that some people still have VCRs. Thank you Best Buy for offering these products to us!

This makes sure that I can still watch my older VHS tapes; and this thing cleans out the VCR for just that reason. No problems with play back on my VCR.

It is more difficult to find the things we need for our old VCR such as tapes and cleaning solutions tapes are now a thing of the past and we are slowly installing some into our discs

With everything being DVD or thumb drive I did not think I would find one. I am ripping old VHS to the computer before they can't be viewed. VCR was getting some lines. one pass and the lines are gone.

I purchased this to clean an old VCR that would not play my old VHS tapes, but I could hear sound. After using this device a few times the tapes started to play as expected.

Does a decent job of cleaning dirty vcr heads from hours of playback. Use only when needed or picture is bad, since frequent cleaner may eventually damage the rubber heads.

I bought it for a relative. Best Buy is one of the very few places left to find one of these. The person I purchased it for seems very satisfied.
