I videotaped a program on my TV. It broke up & was jumpy. I used the cleaner & taped another program. The playback was maybe slightly better, but not good enough. It didn't solve my videotape problem.

I have bought several other VHS head cleaners in the past and most of the time it was all I do to get them to run through my VCR. This head cleaner has worked like a charm straight out of the box.

After multiple uses no change. Doesn’t appear to clean vcr head.

Did not work in all players; the solution may have hindered its operation. I have had others that did not require a solution be applied.

The video recorder cleaner did a good job. The heads were badly covered with residue from old tapes, and my picture was mostly snow. After cleaning, I have a good picture. Very pleased.

Works perfectly. But, if there was some way to keep the cleaner fluid with the cassette without putting everything back in the original box, that I accidentally tore, it would be better.

I had a very old vhs tape that was playing with a large amount of snow. I thought the tape was a lost cause but I cleaned my vhs player twice and the tape played chrystal clear.

Didn't work but it is an old VHS player. It may be another problem but we aren't sure. Always good to try the cheaper option first.

This is a good item to buy if you still have a VCR. Very easy to use.

Ran it through vcr a couple of times. Not really noticing any difference. Will see if works better long term.

Did not clear my vcr problem but that may be a vcr issue that can not be resolved by a cleaner

I still use a vcr once in a while and was needing to have heads cleaned. I was glad to find this product on best buy online I used it and it worked perfectly and did its job.

Easy to use and worked okay. If you still own a VCR, this is a quick way to clean the heads without opening up the system and using a q-tip or cotton swab.
