    This phone mount is much better than my previous one. It is much easier to install the phone in the mount as well as to release it. It also has a lever that increases the suction on the window which improves the holding ability greatly in my opinion.

    An employee recommended this cell phone mount and I almost wish I hadn't bought it. The phone falls out often, I think because I just can't get the sleeves to close tight enough to hold it. Then, it's constantly vibrating as I drive because the arm just isn't steady enough.

    If you have a larger phone (which is most phones, to be honest), the joint requires extra tightening to prevent slipping, as caused by jolts, bumps, etc., from regular driving. The extra tightening eventually caused it to break. Lasted barely a year.
