    This device does hold my phone, BUT the release button hardly ever works, and the goose neck is not strong enough to keep the phone from rattling and shaking when driving even on a very smooth road. I would not by it again.

    Ok so we bought this and one of the dash bases. The suction cup on this stand will not stay auctioned to the base plate. It falls off overnight every night. Also, while it does hold the phone but the rubber is stiff and hard to get the phone in and out.

    The suction cup works really well as long as it's flexible. Once the flexibility goes away it's worthless. I've had one stuck to my windshield for 3 months now and it has not fallen off.

    I did some traveling and wanted a product that would securely hold my cell phone at eye level and didn't have difficulty moving it when secured. I am so glad I was able to find it! I would highly recommend this product.

    Hey this thing is solid. Suction is sturdy and does not fall off of window when pressing on or inserting phone. Phone can be placed portrait or landscape. Works great with iPhone. Doesn't vibrate crazily off road.
