Works well enough for holding the actual phone, not so great with a phone cover, but takes a few mins to really lock into place but does a fine fine job of what you need

I would recommend this product however handle with care and I have returned two broken ones already. Best Buy has been very cooperative and offered to exchange or refund.

You can use it as a vent mount or dashboard mount. Holder is solid and will hold phone securely. Great quality, great price.

I could not beat the price. The two ways to mount it are great. Right now it is mounted on the vent but for longer trips I will probably switch to the windshield mount.

The phone holder kept falling off of the windshield. When it did stay on, it made a tattling noise and it shook while driving.

I've bought this item for 4 cars now. I can put it where I want on the windshield and the arm allows me to put my phone in the best position for me to see the screen.

Simple to use and very functional - although not superintuitive. Play with and figure it out and it does the job. I have been using it awhile. I might buy it again

Does not even stick to the window, cannot mount anywhere else and is basically a bulky piece of junk. Dont waste your money.

This does what it says it will do. The side does hit the volume buttons sometimes when you put your phone in it. Overall it is great.

I had this installed by Geek Squad and it has been a huge help. It is also much safer now so I don't have to worry about my phone falling into the floor board.

There are some positives for this vehicle mount, it comes with multiple ways to secure your phone, and I prefer the spring loaded vent clips over the slip on type. For me, the problem was keeping the phone secure and then being able to release it. When you attach the phone, you push the 2 ends of the mount together to get a nice snug fit, but I found it would not lock in place very well. When I did lock it in, it was sometimes difficult to get the holder to release by pressing the button on the back. Every time it made a popping sound, which made me feel like the holder was going to break under normal use. I decided to return this mount after one day's use and found a better one in the same price range.

This holder is great...been on the window for a month...in a f250 and has not fallen off yet...or phone fell out of it...

Unfortunately, I needed to return the dash mount - it kept falling off of my dash - not great when you're driving!

I have an iPhone 7S Plus and the GPS holder continues to fall from the weight of the device. I ended up giving to my wife who has the 6S and it works great.

I use this when I travel, so that I have a spare mount to use in rental cars. This is inexpensive and works with most cell phones.

I like that it comes with a vent clip and the traditional mount. I tend to use the vent clip more as it is really study while providing a wide range of motion

Couldn't get it to stick to the window - perhaps my case is too heavy. Works fine when installed on vent - hoping it doesn't damage vent slats. So far so good

Very good product, does what it is intended to do. One little problem that might be not important for US is that the grill adapter did not work on a european car model.

Good quality, like that it can be mounted either to window or vent. Better price than similar item at other stores.

The product is great for when I'm driving on the highway I don't have to use my hands and take my eyes off the road.
