This holder does a decent job. The suction cup is great. The clips for the vents work but seem frail. The grip for the phone works but has a hard time for heavy phones.

Compatible with my phone while in a protective case. Ease of set makes it a great buy at an excellent price point.

My husband bought this for the Jeep and loves it he uses it everyday and it's only came unstuck once since he's bought it , it's the greatest invention.

Bought this mount for an older phone. Worked fine and was sturdy with good grip to hold the phone. Not long after I purchased an S8 and had issues with placement of the phone with this mount so had to return it. The issue was that the large side grips pressed on the side buttons on the phone. So for newer phones I'd not recommend as the side grips might cause issues as they are large.

Solid holder with two options vent and suction. Great to takes on a trip having both options. Release button is a little tough to get to and push.

The Insignia cell phone mount was easy to install and it is easy to adjust to the needs of each driver.

I bought a car mount previous to this model that was flimsy and didn't work well. This one is the opposite. Glad I went back and got this model instead.

Pros: Versatile mounting with windshield/dash suction cup or vent clip. I use the vent clip to not obstruct vision. Can hold very wide devices...probably even a 7 or 8 inch tablet; and can hold my phone both horizontal and vertical. Movable "feet allow the use of a car charger which is a must have feature. Cons: it doesnt hold the device very secure. Not much force is needed to hold a phone but the adjustable sides don't really create a "clamped feeling. I doubt a bumpy road would be able to make my S8 fall out, but it also doesn't feel very secure.

This product is great to use in the car. Whether you are following your phone's navigation system or speaking on the phone(speakerphone), the holder comes in handy.

This is a great device for someone who travels a lot on the road and uses there phone for GPS. Very easy to use and install

I only gave it 3 stars because the phone claw itself is not very well made. It is too bulky to hold the average smart phone ( S4). If your looking for something to hold larger than your phone such as a gps or tablet this is perfect. The suction cup holds well has not let go even in the extreme cold. The holder is removable so I exchanged it with another spare that I had before and it works well. If not for having to to this I would have rated it a 5.

I needed a car mount for my new phone and this fits my iPhone 6 Plus. It's reasonably price so that was a plus for me.

It works great. Holds my phone exactly where I need it to be and we are able to use it in any of our 3 cars. Sturdy and strong, exactly what I was looking for.

Sturdy, good suction cup, holder is good sized. Nice to have 2 ways of mounting, in Minnesota it is illegal to attach anything to your windshield.

Nice to use gps on phone hands free. Mounted easy and the click adjust mount made that easier.

Bought this for my 85 year old father. I needed to be easy to operate and not move. Just what I needed!

This is a good product, however there were some cables missing in the box. Best Buy customer service was great and gave me credit for the missing parts.

Bought a different brand but it did not so I purchased this and it works great to hold the phone steady. I only use it so I can use the gps on my phone.

This thing works great the only thing I didn't like was the vent hanging attachment. Didn't work all that good but the suction cup work amazing.

Purchased for my husband who wanted to be an Uber driver on the side. Works very well with different phones. Great for music and navigation.
