It holds the mobile phone very firm and tight. The build quality is very good. It can be used on vent as well as mounted on the windshield of the car. I have been using it from last 6 months.

While spending time deciding where to put this, the simple act of mounting a few times repeatedly caused the suction assembly to explode into a million broken pieces. Steer clear.

This is a solid mount that holds mobile phones of various sizes. The vacuum suction of this device on the windscreen is great. I might buy this again for my other car in the coming days.

The overall concept is good, but it does not hold my Samsung Galaxy 6 phone well. Phone keeps falling out especially on these bumpy Louisiana streets. Needs a better grip.

The actual holder does not do a good job of providing a secure fit for cell phones due to the design of the foam surround. I ended up tossing this and buying something else.

Mount is difficult to use with a phone with a case. It is hard to secure the phone without the sides of the mount wanting to bow out

The suction cup doesn't really stick to things as desired once some weight is put on it with the LG v10 :( The air vent mount that comes with it works great though.

Had this mounted on the windshield. I really used it to be honest a few weeks ago it fell from the windshield and just cracked in two pieces.

I doesn't stay in the windshield I have a Sony Xperia and it won't hold it. It falls from the windshield every movement from the car...

The mount didn't work very well, kept losing the grip on my phone. It was not a good experience using this mount.

I could not get this to stick or stay upright. I would love to get my money back for this product or exchange this if I had not of trusted it to work and thrown the box away.

Cheap plastic construction.. suction cup doesn't hold as designed.. falls off window.. holds phone OK in vent.. can't remove without breaking small pieces... not worth $30+

Lucky for me, I purchased the product that has two options-vent or dash board mount I used the vent attachment. Well, because of the weight of the phone, the mount will not stay in place on the vent. Making it harder for me to use/see the phone.Unless your car has the exact same slat size from top to bottom, your unable to attach the bracket into the slat. I haven't tried the dash board mount yet, so can't comment on that

Falls out from vents while driving hard to replace back. Shakes a lot when on windshield. No over all rating no star on my part But requires me to do so

Maybe this would be good for a small flip phone or something similar, but any modern smartphone is going to be too heavy for this device.

got this for to hold my Iphone 7, but it doesn't really do its job on my phone, luckily I had the old phone holder attachment from my previous mount, and the back parts fit together and so wa la. sadly the phone holder on this one doesn't work or hold anything its weird and does not tighten at the right place for my phone its either to tight and it makes my phone turn at an angle or if not stays loose and phone falls off. maybe it works with other phones just not for my iphone 7

Universal fit did not meet expectations. Difficult to remove from vent. Did not adequately hold phone. Had to return.

I am using it to hold up my back up camera that I had Installed and kept falling off windshield. This works perfect to hold the backup camera in place. Doesn't look bad either.

I purchased this phone holder for my car and it was very nice. But in a week it stopped holding and kept following. Do not buy this case for 20.00 .

This thing lasted about 2 days and then the suction cup fell off and can not get it back on so it's useless as a mounted holder
