Mount kept falling down while driving. Couldn't find receipt to return item. I hurst threw it away. Don't purchase found a better one much cheaper!

This mount is terrible. The rubber “grips” don’t even hold a phone. My phone kept falling off the mount even when I tightened it.

This is my 2nd Insignia vehhicle mount purchased. My Samsung Note 5 with Otter box fits perfectly in the cradle. I use the vent mount and it was an easy install.

I bought this for my wife as a stocking stuffer. The very first time she used it, it will not support her phone, and will not adhere to the glass.

This is my second purchase of this vehicle mount. It is very dependable and does not fall for the windshield. The phone is very secure and easy to release.

Mount suction cup tore off after e months. Then clips wouldn't hold at the end the clips also broke. Not worth the money. At any price

I've yet to use the suction cup, but the vent clip works just fine for hands free. Got it to assist when Ubering, but just as handy on trips and phone calls.

figuring out where to put this thing. The car is a Subaru and dash space is limited. If we install it in the vent as the option suggests, it may be a permanent install as the instructions warn. The window option is a good idea, but honestly the temptation to use the phone while driving or producing a distraction into your line of sight while driving is a hazard and could get you pulled over or worse. It's a good product, made well, but may lead to issues if abused.

It broke just sitting on the dash. I mean, it BROKE, not fell off the dash and broke, it just BROKE.

This phone holder does an ok job holding my phone, but it seems a bit flimsy, and doesn't seem like it will last too long. Time will tell.

Works ok. Holds phone securely, but doesn't stay locked in position as well as I would like. Had to use vent mount as windshield mount is illegal here.

This holder is good if your unit is the right fit for it. I like the concept but it is not functioning for my unit. It does not grip well.

Don't waste your money. It took some time to get product to stick to windshield and when it did phone kept falling out. Save yourself the hassle.

This piece never wanted to stay put. Always falling off whether it was placed on the vent or the window. Ended up returning product.

For the most part it does its job. I have an iPhone 7 with an otterbox and I can't really fit it in all the way. It fell from it once.

Not well designed. I have an iPhone 6Plus and it constantly falls out. I will be returning it for something more stable.

the mount is sound structurally,but i can't get it to suction on the windshield for more than 5 minutes even after cleaning windshield and cup.

Very cost effective, works well in my Mazda3! Love having both options to put in car.
