Much to bulky to place in the window of my Silverado 2500 truck. Can not secure on the dash board with the parts provided.

If you don't mind your phone getting too hot in the cold weather and too warm when it's hot outside, then this will work for you. I now know that the vent is not the place to keep your phone! Also, part that holds the cradle, regardless of how I tightened it, moved around. The side grips do not grip ... at all ... one short stop and my phone went flying. When I tried to remove the holder from the vent, the thingies (like that technical term?) that hold it on the vent broke and slipped somewhere down inside the dashboard cowling, so I couldn't even return the item.

The cell mount itself is really good. The plastic parts that control the position of the holder on the stalk are cheap and break easily. I have had to buy 3 of them over time.

If you have a smaller phone this is an ideal cell phone holder. If you have an iPhone 6 or 6s or even 7 don't get this holder.

Does not hold phone for long , falls out. The side rubber that's suppose to hold phone are too long and phone slips out

It did not work well for my GS5. No matter what I tried, the phone always felt lose. I drive through dirt roads a lot and this holder would not hold. Other ones do...

Mounting to windshield is solid but the 4 plastic mounts to phone are cheap and break off easily , making it difficult to secure attach phone

its flimsy, will not hold the cell phone/ Ipod in place it attaches into the a/c vent, so it tends to slip down where you cant see the screen

I bought this to use on a cross country drive, so that I could hear my phone if it rang (which is an Iphone, if you need size reference). I would have been better off putting the phone in the cup holder. This is basically a cheap piece of plastic and it doesn't hold the phone very well. (Hit a few bumps in the highway and the phone will pretty much fall out of the holder). Invest in a better made one or save your money altogether.

I only used it for a little bit before returning because it kept falling out of the base when I went over a bump in the road

I purchased only because it was clearance. It lasted for 2 weeks exactly and doesn't hold any phone you put in it now.

Bought it but havent used it. Doesn't work well with my Kia soul dashboard. Wish the neck was longer to move around more.

I bought this as an open box, needless to say I can see why someone returned it.

Way too bulky and suction cup doesn't hold. We will be returning it for a refund.

I needed a mount to hold my phone in my car I put it in and the gears that open and close the arms broke in the first week. So I traded it in and got another one and the same thing happened to that one after 2 weeks. So I returned that one and for the same price got the bracketron in car mount and it's been 1 month and still works like a champ so save your time and buy the bracketron car mount!

the areas where stand connects to holder & suction cup are loose. phone swivels & spins around when driving

This product is very short armed. So if your windshield is far away, it won't work. Also would NOT stick to my dash.

Not satisfied with product. Always feel cell will fall off and mount keep leaning down by itself

It wasn't able to hold my nexus 4 and is a complete waste of money.
