This is way too large and it broke immediately....

the base-pins where the phone keeps standing is very weak, and u cant make it tight also.

Bought on Sept 2 and broke on Oct 27. I don't ever move the ball pivot joint that broke, which was the exact same part that broke the first time I bought one. I at least thought that I would get a little more than 8 weeks use out of it. Maybe it can't stand up to the Texas heat....? Very disappointed.

Had this less than 2 months and it has already broken. I use my phone for my gps and had it in the holder and it just Broke off while i was driving. I had window mounted. The Air vent mount is hard to use and pulls the vent down where you cant even see he phone to look at the directions. Save your Money.

This product was not what I expected. I returned the item soon after purchasing.

I found that it shakes a lot mainly because the arm is too long

I bought this for my iphone. While trying to get the part out of the air vent, it broke. I only had it a few days. Also had trouble getting the phone to stay in place, the suction cup would not stick to my dashboard, and there is no good or safe place to stick it to the windshield. $20 wasted.

This holder didn't stick well to the window and kept falling off.

It's OK does the job it's designed for could be better

This product worked as expected. It holds the phone.

I purchased 3 of these phone mounts and all three broke in 3 different cars in exactly the same place (arm portion between the ball) that allows it to rotate and phone mount portion. I believe that the florida heat may have played a roll.

Although I was hesitant about this particular, I did decide to purchase it and was greatly disappointed. It does not seem to be made well; poor construction and not so easy to assemble for use.

THIS THING WON'T STAY STUCK TO THE WINDSHIELD! At least that's where I wanted to stick mine. Sometimes it sticks, I get two or three miles down the road and my $400 iPhone 6 plus comes crashing down to the dash. I guess you get what you pay for.

I put this on the window of my Avalanche and it was too far away to be practical. Also, my phone kept on falling out. The piece that connects to the air vent keeps on falling off. I would return it but it is too late.

Purchased this because the store did not have anything better. It would not hold the phone, one little bump and it would fall out. Returned and bought Ram mount on eBay. Should have done that in the first place

World not hold my phone while in case. Use otterbox case on my phone, and this would slip all the time. Returned after one week of use. I bought a $7 holder from somewhere else on my travelling day. Still work great.

This stand is the worst. I drove an 800 mile trip and this would not stay attached to anything. I had it on the windshield and EVERY bump I hit the unit fell off the window. This unit really is not worth the money.

Doesn't stay securely in the air vents!!!! Waste of my money. Perhaps if you're comfortable with placing it on your window then it may be fine. For me it was a waste of $$$.

Breaks to quick, too expensive for the low quality item, I do not recommend this product, staff at best buy recommended this item only to use it for a couple of weeks and snap it breaks

So annoyed. Bought it in February 2016 & it broke last month. Cheaply made & will be buying a different version.
