I have purchased 2 of these. Both worked for about 6 months then they broke. The plastic is cheap and as it heats up in the summer it can't handel the heat.

It is a nice product, but it is not so practical. I bought another one that is simpler and cheaper than this and it works just fine.

It works great, exactly what I needed. The best thing is that I can use it by placing it on the a/c vent or suctioning to the windshield.

I like everything, but when it falls off and I have to 're-stick' on my windshield every week or two.

This product was purchased with high hopes, but delivered nothing. The arm is too woobly, producing annoying vibrations/shakiness. The vent clip was fairly good, however in Florida we need EVERY AC VENT working and doing what they do best, which is blow cold air, not blocked off holding up cell phones. we ultimately had to return this item.

I bought this six weeks ago. I liked the flexible arm, used it for dashboard mount. I never got used to inserting the phone securely. The button to release it and the gripping mechanism were always tricky, and getting the phone in flat was a constant challenge. When I did get it in correctly, however, it stayed and didn't slip out. The dashboard mount was less grippy than other similar mounts I've used. There's a "release" button but often the mount would just release on its own on a hot day. If you live in a city that is always cool I guess this won't be a problem. I had to use some moisture (but not too much) on the suction cup to get it to stay secure for a decent period of time. And it won't work if the surface is anything other than smooth. For example the spot where I put it on and it ripped off some of the dashboard paint (when falling off in the heat), well that spot won't work because of the missing spec of dashboard paint. Then this weekend it just broke, the mount broke off the arm.

This is a piece of !!!!! Do not buy. Phones fall out, I almost got into two car accidents today while using it as a GPS! Please spend a little more for a hands free device. This one will not do! Oh yah I have Iphone4s, not a heavy phone either.

This type of mount is generally bouncy and the squeeze connection can push buttons on the side of the phone, causing you to lose the map you need, turn volume off, etc. I recommend a magnetic mount. Clean, modern look, and just sticks to the mount....for just $5 more.

Exactly what I wanted, does what it says and does it well!

I purchased this but it wouldn't keep a good hold on my phone. A few times my phone would vibrate out with bumps in the road or whatever and would fall on my cup holder, almost cracking my screen. I eventually had to put a pony tail holder around the back and wrap it around the holder and my phone to help secure it. After a few months, the ball that allows you to adjust it, fell out of the holder and it was broken permanently. Very disappointed.

Broke when I was trying to adjust it. It never really held my iphone 6 in place very well, it fell out sometimes because it wouldn't stay in properly. most likely because of the grips.

I took this out to my car to try to mount it, right in the parking lot of Best Buy. They let me exchange it for a different kind immediately, because i couldn't mount it.

I had a lot of trouble with this thing holding my phone securely in place, and in a 2015 VW Golf where i used it in the AC vent it wouldn't stay in the vent. Lame

There is a few things that I was not pleased with was where the release button is and the rubbery sides that hold on to your phone are too long. Phone keep falling out, does not grip securely.

I have now bought and used 2 of these things. Both broke at the joint that connects to the ball end. Definitely not buying this cheap garbage again.

Shakes like crazy. Falls constantly. I Smashed it to pieces as soon as I got home
