The phone mount works well and is secure in holding the phone in place. It is quite big though and if you leave it attached to the windshield it can be a little distracting at first. Over all it does what it is supposed to and is well worth the money.

The construction of the product is decent, but the way it grips larger smartphones like the Galaxy S4 is awkward and cumbersome. It's not convenient to pop in and out, so if you make quick trips around town, you are more likely to skip using the holder and just throw the phone in a cup holder or console.

I had vent mounts before, but the clips kept breaking. This mount has not fallen off my windshield since I installed it months ago, and it holds my phone securely: no wiggling at the knuckle at all!

This product works ok. The little ball part that joins the cell holder to the mounting arm broke but I was able to replace it with the one from the vent holder so it still works. It wasn’t even 2 weeks old when it happened but I was out of town and couldn’t replace it.

This mount provides several ways to hold you phone. Highly recommend

This mount is well designed and a great bang for your buck, as it includes both the suction cup and vent attachments, unlike most other models. The holding section works well; the padding of the side rubber right at the base is a bit too thick and seems to want my slim iPhone 6 to be pushed forward past the supporting prongs in portrait mode, but even without the phone nestled right in the rubber grooves it still holds well. For a thicker phone it would be perfect. I found the suction cup rather difficult to work with and without as much grip as I'd like, but I wonder if the one I picked up may just be flawed. The long neck also introduces a significant amount of bounce to the phone while riding in my car, making it difficult to read the screen or even bouncing the phone out some times. However, I typically use the vent mount, which is in a better position for me anyway, and it is sturdy and fits perfectly.

A bit bulky, but works fine when attached to windshield. Held iPhone 6+ no problem.
