The mount works fine so far, but the construction feels like it won't last for a real long time. It wasn't very expensive though, so the quality isn't a big surprise.

The suction cup wouldn't always hold and the quality was kind of flimsy. I had one side break when my phone was mounted.

This was only one of a few handful of options to get from BestBuy if you want to mount your phone on the dash somehow. The device comes with two application methods (window & vent) Dont even bother with trying to use the vent option because it was designed for a car that has yet to be made. The window option is massive but the only alternative to make this functional. Buy at your own risk!

I got this on an open-box discount and I have used both the vent clip and window mount. I used it on a rental car before my car, and it worked well. Solid and pretty affordable

I couldn't get it to work on the vent, and it takes up a lot of vision area on the windshield. I wobbles easily. I wanted to be able to read the maps app on my phone.

Allows you to navigate hands free without a problem. I highly recommend this product to anyone who provides ride sharing with companies like Uber or Lyft. You won't be disappointed :-)

My daughter uses this to hold her phone at a level where she can see the navigation app on long trips. It is easy to adjust the viewing angle and the clips hold the phone securely.

It's a good basic phone holder. The vent holder is a little unstable, but the windshield one is very good. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

These are always a hassle. I like the vent mounts but they don't hold great and the small plastic parts can get lost or break. Not alot of great options out there for this price.

It does what it says. Ive only used mine in my air vent. Works good. Universal fit to all phone. Bring selling point is the price compared to similar products.

Does it's job but it's price matches the quality. Seems like it can't hold the weight of a larger phone. I have a iPhone 7 plus, but so far I haven't had any issues.

This is engineered for use and has remained attached to my windshield. experience great even over rough terrain and off road use. Definitely would recommend. I plan on equipping my fleet with them.

The clip to hook to the vent is poorly made. Lost a screw on the first day. The window mount is sturdy, well made, releases with a click, and works excellently.

I am pleasantly surprised on how well it works car my phone is virtually does not move when it's in the Caddy and it's very nice when driving so I can see it on my missed calls real easy

Inexpensive alternative to other brands. Suction cup is fussy and vent clips can be a pain to remove. It holds my phone just fine, so long as I remove the case. I've tried two cases, one thin low profile case and one that was bulky like an Otter, and it doesn't hold the phone very well with either. I would have returned the item and purchased a better one but I was out of town and the return period had passed.

I am afraid to use this on my vents that run up and down. Doesn't feel like I can install it without breaking the fins. Also rattles quite a bit .
