My address is correct in the app, not sure whats up with that. If I ask the time it responds correctly. Also set-up was less than smooth... I set up a Google Home Mini the day before which was quick and painless. This set up (although the same process) took longer for each step. At the wi-fi set up, it showed no networks. So I had to unplug the thing and start all over again... this time it showed networks and eventually completed the setup but landed with 3 hour time difference. The display also has an imperfection in the plastic which manifests as a "dot" in the middle of the time display. Sound is as others have described... I have not yet tried to use the eq. in the app to improve since I am going to exchange it.

Posted .Hello Jiirbo, we're sorry you're having issues with the Time Zone on your display. This occurs when you have selected the "manual" time setting on your phone or smart device. Here is how you correct this problem: 1.- Do a Factory Reset on the speaker by pressing the "mute" button on the back for 12 seconds until the LED's turn solid Orange 2.- Make sure your device is set to "Auto Time Zone" and is showing the correct time. 3.- Once the device announces "Hi, I'm You're Google Assistant . . .", finish the set up on the Google Home app. Omar S. - Insignia Support

I decided not to setup the second one after I went through alot with the first one. Its a nice device but really requires too much of your personal information to use a speaker

If the next update fixes the feature then I'd bump my rating back up to a 5 star

Nothing against Google Assistant, i have friends that are happy with it for non-Apple devices
