It is a really good speaker and Bluetooth speaker. It sounds better than the Google Home mini. It has a readable display for time, alarm, and temperature- very useful. As a Google Assistant, it does everything that I had tested that the Google Home mini does except this speaker does not make phone calls (with the current update) when you ask it to make calls. The Google Home mini makes phone calls when you tell it to "call ...." For the same price, this speaker is more useful to me than the Amazon Echo or the Good Home mini because of the time display, which I refer to quite frequently. It also sounds better than the Google Home mini or Echo Dot.

This is a very nice alternative to the Google Home. Set-up is simple. The speaker is loud enough. My only complaint, is that I wish it had the temperature displayed all the time.

Best of both worlds, Has the Google Home Assistant built in plus has a clock and when you ask the weather it displays the temp on the front. We liked it so much when they went on sale we bought 4 for Christmas gifts.

Really enjoy this as it's a nice alarm clock and has the integrated Google Assistant so we don't have to shout between rooms to use it. Also enjoy using the GA broadcast mode to call the kids for dinner/breakfast/school/etc.

I got it while it was on sale and was surprised with the quality of the sound. It is not amazing but it is really good. Set up was easy to set up just follow the instructon. Waiting for another sale to get another one.

We received this product for free with another purchase!! Honestly, because of that reason, we didn't expect it to be great. We were WRONG!!! This product is AWESOME!!! My kids love it! It tells them jokes, stories, plays kid games AND whole family games and my FAVORITE part is that my kids can ask questions about homework if I cannot help them at the moment!!! The ONLY reason I did not rate 5 stars is because I am still learning how to use it. I am not sure if it cannot do somethings because pf it's capabilities or if we are not doing it right. I will rerate once I figure it out. All in all, IT IS A GREAT PRODUCT ESPECIALLY FOR FREE!!

Got this for my bathroom since I need a clock to keep me on time or I will forever be late to everything. I already have an Insignia speaker in the bathroom that you have to connect via Bluetooth, but this one is even better. Not only does it have Google Assistant (which is always helpful), it has a POWERFUL bass. Songs I've listened to with my previous speaker didn't sound as good as it does on this one. And I like not having to whip out my phone and connecting to a speaker with this. I just say "Hey Google...play (insert song title here)" and it works. Spoiling myself with technology lately.

I received this speaker free with another purchase, and it's a pretty nice speaker! I have all Amazon products, and wasn't sure how I was going to like the Google Assistant in comparison, but it is impressive. It synced up with all of my home products easily. It is a bathroom speaker in my home, and the sound is impressive, but a bit too much bass at louder volumes (which isn't an issue for a small bathroom). I find the voice control to be a bit more intuitive, however, Amazon seems to be able to do more overall. All in all, the magic bullet I bought was $10 cheaper than Amazon, and it came with this for free. That was a win win.

The Insignia Voice is a great Google Home alternative. I bought the corded version. Since it has a visible clock, it has replaced my phone as an alarm clock. But, you must have a network connection for the clock to work. I found that out when my router blinked out for a few seconds. It syncs well with other branded Google Home devices. I have added it to my home group. Contrary to what I have read, it does recognize and execute the "Broadcast" command. The only problem I have had is with the volume. The volume goes from 1 to 100, unlike the 1 to 10 of the branded Google Home. When I ask for the volume to be 10 it turns it up to 100. Also, with the volume below 20 you can barely hear it more than 10 feet away. Overall, I would recommend the Insignia Voice.

Excellent product. Decent sound and firmware updated recently so it is like a google mini with better sound plus an alarm clock. What more can you ask for if you can get it during sale for around $25 dollars.

This is my first time owning a smart speaker and to say I'm impressed would be an understatement. This little speaker produces impressive, high-quality sound and has Google Assistant built-in. Highly recommended.

Best Buy had a great sale on this product and I got it, very nice, google now works great, speaker has very good sound, also can be used as a bluetooth speaker, and can charge a phone, very happy with this product

Great little speaker, clear crisp sound and the Google assistant is awesome. I was sceptical about the brand but I was way wrong, show the time and temperature with a nice non intrusive light that won't bother at night.

I got this for free with another purchase and I dont know how I lived without it! I ask it to play music, tell me the weather, or even just an interesting fact. Anytime you have a question, it's there!

I have two Dots with Vaux speakers and an Echo. First let me say the Google Assistant is just smarter than Alexa. It really gives you the same results as a google search. It also works with multiple song sources like Spotify free which Amazon competes with and won't support. It works great with all my hubs and lights and it's significantly quicker from command to action. That said it isn't as entertaining because it just doesn't have all the skills Alexa has. If you have a Android phone though, the integration is seamless. Put a shopping item on your list and it is on your phone. It also SOUNDS GREAT!

Purchased this to replace an ancient alarm clock. This works great and the google assistant integration is quite a bit better than I expected. Easy setup and speaker is quite powerful for how small it is.

This is a really great alternative to the Google Home Mini. I have it now on my nightstand because I love the fact that it has a clock. My only major gripe with the device is that the volume up and down buttons go by increments of 1 out of 100. As opposed to the Google Home Mini, which goes up by increments of 10. This just makes it take longer to change volume. Personally I don't know if I need that level of granularity when it comes to the volume on this thing. Maybe have it go up by increments of 5 as a good middle ground? Hope Insignia/Best Buy can update the firmware on this thing to make this better.

Really solid speaker. For its size it has a lot of power and sounds great. Also the google assistant functionality is a huge plus
