I’m a tough critic with speakers and the sound quality; and I was impressed at how clear this speaker soubds and the google assistant is the dopest addition. 150% worth it.

Great little combination device. I will be honest, I thought it would be bigger. Only five or six inches tall, but it has all the same features as any other Google Assistant. I personally like the feature when you ask for the temperature and it tells you it verbally AND displays the current local temperature on the H.U.D. Google needs to make an option for changing the sound that the alarm makes(only one sound option available). I like programming alarms for music stations, I find it more "awakening" than the Google Alarm sound. All in all I can't complain about the device and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This speaker is the best. I love being able to tell Google Assistant to set my alarm or a reminder. The ease of asking it questions it very helpful. It produces great sound.

I bought this when it was on sale for $20 so its a really good price point for what I'm getting. I've been slowly turning my home smarter with smart plugs and thermostats. I had a Google mini that I got for Christmas to start with and I wanted something bigger to sound louder and just stand out a little better. This speaker is pretty loud for it's size. I usually keep it down as around 60 percent. It also has 3 capacitive buttons; volume down, stop, and volume up. It has a USB port in the back that I use to charge my phone. Overall, it's a solid Google speaker for a great price if you can get it on sale.

Firstly, the microphones on this are sensitive and work better than my OG Home or Mini. The sound is nice with good medium bass and the time display is a Godsend in the bathroom for kids to get them out of the house on time. They also listen to Pandora and Google Music while in the shower. I like this version, but it has disconnected a few times from the Home app and I've had to reinstall it. Also does not make calls yet like the official Google products. Thst may be a hold back and will likely be updated in firmware soon.

We have Google assistant devices everywhere. when these go on sale snatch them up. Microphone and sound are great plus the added clock is awesome in bedrooms and bathrooms.

I have purchased 4 of the Insignia speakers. 2 are portable 2 are not. I love the fact that they have Google Assistant. I hate the fact it can't make phone calls unlike my Google Homes. I also hate the fact I couldn't purchase a warreny for any of the four. I also hate they don't possess the ability to carry on continue conversation as my Google Homes do. I love the fact I purchased all 4 on sale!! And I love the broadcast / intercom feature, that gives me the ability to send messages whether I'm at home or not.

Got this on sale at Best Buy over the holidays as I wanted an alarm clock for my bedroom and got it mainly for that but also love that it has a Google Assistant built-in. We use mainly Amazon Echo at home but surprised how much I also liked the Google assistant. Easy to set up and use and love the alarm sound it makes— it doesn’t wake me up harshly but a pleasant gentle sound especially when I’m in the middle of a good dream. Full and rich sound from the speakers when I’m listening to the news or music in my bedroom. Great value!

WE love this speaker. It has Google assistant built in which works great!! The speaker also sounds great. We purchased multiple ones and have them in multiple rooms.

All the functionality of the Google assistant plus a clock for the perfect bedside table unit. Sounds good and allows music in all our rooms. 5*

My first attempt into the Ask Siri (sp) ask Alexa ...and in this case, the Ask Google Era. Didn't want to spend 3-4 times the price for a display, but I am very happy with this. Setting my alarms and adjusting them, reminders, can ask it to play the latest new and weather in the Morning, what's the first item on Reminder list,etc asking to plain rain (NOT the group, please) or thunder or Ocean waves sounds. It picks up my Pandora selections ask I ask for them, and to play for a certain number of minutes at night. Those are just the basics, but more than enough for me and at such a low price, just a feel good buy

Bought this on sale for $37, first off, the google assistant is amazing and speaker quality for the price is subperb. Second the BT quality is actually top notch with no cut outs.

Works great and was very easy to set up, Works on music and controlling TV and answering every question my kids have asked ( easier than google) definitely high tech upgrade for us.

We got this for my kids at the starting of the new school year. Wanted an alarm clock and the addition of the google assistant is a plus. Works great and the sound is good.

Decided to try it at the sale price. Just started playing with it. I can see where it can be a useful tool in the home. Also bought an echo dot on sale as I have a use for 2. I'll be interested to see how the 2 compare. One thing I already like better with the dot is I can direct connect it to my old stereo system. Good tool, but to get the best use for my application will involve buying the accessories I need, plugs and switches, which will be a pretty big expense. Not sure I would have purchased either at the regular price.

It works great to play music or use for an alarm clock. The sound it great and it's easy setup and run.

I got this mainly because I wanted a smart speaker with a display to use in the bedroom as an alarm clock. I got it on sale for $25 and at that price it's an amazing value. The speaker sounds fantastic. Not insanely loud but the sound is rich for its size. My only (tiny) complaint is it doesn't seem quite as responsive to "Hey Google" as Google's own devices. By that I mean I sometimes have to raise my voice or repeat myself before it activates. But it still works fine. Overall a very nice speaker.

I really enjoy this product and it has become a great addition to the house. My daughter loves trying to ask google things and I love it for casting my devices while I am cooking.

I'm A huge tech guy and I'm Shocked on the sound quality. It's not a wall shattering base obvi, but it has great clarity and powerful sound. If you turn it up to 100 it's so loud!
