The speaker itself is great. You can hear this little thing very loud and clear. However I am not a fan of google assistant for now. I am kind of disappointed that you can’t change the alarm volume or tone (it doesn’t wake me up!) so I still have to use my phone alarm. I hope they update this in the future.

It's very loud and easy to set up,I brought it for my daughters and they love it.

Bought this on a good sale price. This was a first & after my daughter saw it I ended up buying her one also on the deal of the day. Works great & has a pretty good sound for such a small speaker. I wish the temperature display would come back like it was when I first bought this. Don't know why it went away.

I have been using this speaker for few weeks now and I do like it. It's easy to setup and works great. Good sound quality, sensitive microphone which works great even when I'm few feet away. Good overall build quality and well packaged. Only downside is, there isn't much to configure but that shouldn't be an issue.

Decent sound. When two are paired, the sound is better than the original Google Home speaker. Time and outside temperature display make it useful as a bedroom alarm clock, after programming wake times through Google Home. Display brightness is adjustable.

I have used it for six months and the daily alarm has me up every morning to the music that I choose. I just say "Google set radio alarm" and then I prompted for the time and my music (radio) choice. I like to mix it up so I pick a different artist each morning. The price was great as well. Thanks BB

Got it when it was on sale for like 30 bucks. Just wanted to get into the assistant game with a speaker louder than the Google mini. Wasn't expecting much from insignia, cause well you know, store brands usually suck... But this dude right here can chuck some wiggly air like nobody's business. Really pleased with the sound quality. Immediately blasted Bohemian Rhapsody.

I have had a couple of these speakers and a Google Home for a few months. The sound is very good, no extreme lows or highs, but that is to be expected, however it is nicely balanced and pleasing to listen to. I could give it 5 stars, but it's limited functions prohibit that. Originally it responded to "Shortcuts", then Google changed the name to "Routines". Now it doesn't respond to that and has never had the ability to make phone calls. Everyone thinks it needs a firmware upgrade. This may be true for phone calls, however, by chance I found out this may not be the case for Routines. It appears that Insignia and Google may not be shaking hands with each other. Now which one is not extending their hand is a mystery. Yes, I would recommend this speaker as long as that person fully understands the limitations and they purchase with a very substantial discount.

At $25 apiece this was a "no-brainer" just for an alarm clock. Set-up was quick and simple. The only flaw is being overwhelmed with functions without any training material. You really have to do some homework to take advantage of all it can do.

I have the Google one and this one works the same. I. Like that has a clock integrated and weather but the weather don't stay on which I would love to have it instead of having to ask Google every time. I wouldn't recommend for the price of 99 dollars but when they sell it for 25 dollars it's worth it

This is such a great item!! Compact and full of sound. The features are great!

I picked up my second on of these since I liked the functionality and sound quality of the first. It makes a great addition to my night stand. The sound doesn't fill a room but I don't use it for much more than just music as I fall asleep. I ask google to set the sleep timer so it automatically shuts down.

I have had this for about 6 months now. I like the time read out, and the sound quality is good. The cons I have is that the "Read along" feature doesn't work with this device. Also, sometimes while playing music, it just stops in the middle of a song. Other than those two items it has been great.

This is a surprisingly nice little speaker. The sound is pretty good and love the Google integration. Perfect for around the house! The clock is a little too bright, was using it on my night stand but it was a bit annoying when the lights were out. Overall though a very nice little speaker, was pleasantly surprised!
