I have smart speakers throughout my home and I wanted to add an inexpensive option to my kid's room. The speaker fit the build, it delivers good sound quality and is responsive. Occasionally freezes and needs to be reset.

I got this item free with a crockpot that I purchased so it’s not something that I went out of my way to buy. I ended up bringing it to work and just using it as a speaker at desk. I’m quite please with the sound quality and use it almost daily.

Great sound quality, excellent at following verbal directions. The one fallback is that it IS always listening. With so many in-home digital surveillance systems getting hacked, I do not feel comfortable having my system plugged in all the time

Bought this to replace my bedroom alarm clock. Has almost all the same features as the google home but at a much cheaper price. Has good sound. USB port in the rear is great for charging. The assistant works good just like my google home.

This is very easy to use right out of the box. A couple of "Hey Google" commands allowed me easily to play music on Pandora, set up alarm clock through the week. That is all I've used it for up til now. It more than serves it's purpose.

Love this smart bluetooth speaker with Google assistant. The sound quality is really nice. Much better than the Google mini or Echo Dot. For the sale price it would be hard to find anything that compares. I also like that it has a easy to read digital time display. Highly recommended.

I have used very few if any insignia products. This is surprisingly good. The sound is actually good to great. The only this is frustrating is the mic. Make sure that there is no other sound source around and that is a little ways, maybe a foot away from the wall for echoing

I didn't just want an alarm clock but a unit that also play comforting sounds (Ocean, water falls, white noise, etc.) to help me fall asleep and this has lived up to my expectations. I really haven't explored all that it can do and am looking forward to using it in so many other ways.

This was the second one I bought. I like that I can set up alarms just by talking and can set up repeating alarms. I wish it had a battery backup for the clock and alarm, no need to have the "smart" function if we don't have power anyway.

This product incorporates Google's home speaker with additional functions of a LED display and capacitive buttons. Speaker is above average with a touch of bass. Voice recognition is spot-on even from across the room. The sale price was the selling point compared to Google's offerings.

Works flawlessly. Able to pickup voice from a distance and over some ambient noise but does struggle picking up commands over music. Found myself shouting or moving closer to speaker. Not able to make calls like other google home products.

This was a great price for a Smart speaker. The advantage is also that you can set this up as an alarm clock too to wake you up at set times. Also get the weather information you need. Plus really affordable for so many features.

For those who need a bedside alarm clock and want a Google Home, this is a great option. Factor in that it's often priced extremely competitively on BB Deals of the Day and you've got a win-win situation. This is also a great present.

Have many Alexa products but wanted to compare. This is nicer than the Echo since it has a clock display. Also displays temperature for a time if you ask for the weather. Price was absurdly low since they are introducing new products - but the price let me compare with Alexa products.

Had trouble getting the right time to display, tried resetting it several times and finally just used a different cell phone to get it set up. Maybe an issue with my Note 8. The speaker sounds pretty good, but not quite as good as an Echo.

I have had this for about three months now this speaker is more sensitive to picking up my voice and performing commands than the Google home mini that I also have. I also really enjoy the swipe over feature that will temporarily decrease the volume when you swipe your hand over the speaker.

This alarm clock has integrated Google Voice and works just like their speakers. I like the fact that it will display the temperature when you ask Google for the weather. It was really easy to setup to the network. Clock also syncs to the Internet; so there is no need to adjust.

Easy and inexpensive way to get google home and access to smart home abilities. Attractive design, very simple. Set-up was easy. Feels like a much more expensive product. I believe google assist is much smarter and more capable than alexa. I have an echo dot but prefer this by far.

This was a little tricky to set up. Good thing others had it figured out already. It was showing me as in a different time zone so clock was off. It's nice to have an alarm clock with a display again. This speaker sounds way better than my echo dot and a little better than my Google home mini.
