I bought two of these one for the bedroom and one for my living room. I have them linked to google chromecast and to a phillips Hue hub with a few lamps. My grandkids love bringing up pictures by talking to it with the chromecast on our tv.

I like the portable nature of this speaker. Wish that temperature display would show out side temp continuesly. And the font is little blurry. Apart from that google voice controls is nice

It's a good sounding speaker with the Google Assistant on board. I especially like having the time display front and center as I don't always want to be asking Google for the time. It has a nice weight and feel to it and appears well built.

This is the third one I have bought. I love it. Clear display for time and temp is also displayed momentarily when asking the weather. The speaker is great. I use one in bedroom and one in living room. The third I gave as a gift!

I bought this as a music source for my home office, and also toomcomtrol smart lights using Google Assistant. The music sounds great, and the Mic picks up my voice as good as a Google Home device, and better than my Google Home Mini!

Picked this up on clearance. First of all, the speaker, for music is actually really nice. Much better than a google home mini. On the negative side, the speaker doesn't exactly work like my other google home speakers. My Google Nest Hello does not ring through this speaker, "special guest voices" do not work with this speaker nor does broadcast messages. It has Google Assistant, but it's limited in scope. The $20 price I paid is great for a great sounding speaker, if you can live with losing some features.

Was so easy to setup and I just love it! Still learning what all it can do. Very nice to easily see what time it is whether day or night. Cannot imagine anyone not liking this alarm clock. Would recommend it to all my family and friends

For the price point does all you would expect. Looks nice sound is fair. Like the clock display and has temperature display but it goes off after a while which doesn’t make sense .

It was easy setup, has decent sound, but WIFI range is limited, had to move it closer to router, from one side of bedroom to other (about 10 ft) otherwise it would drop connection

Interesting device. The kids love it as it's very easy to use and understand. Got this for my daughter to use as an alarm clock. The price was very impressive as it was on sale.

Sound is good for what it is used for. Google Home works great. Love the fact that is shows time and volume. Like the design. Wish though it could be connected to a Bluetooth Speaker and just be just as an input device with clock function.

compatible with Google home plus Bluetooth directly to devices. Larger and louder than the mini. not portable. not worth the regular price but often on sale with large discounts

As another review below be said, no firmware update out of the box... Cant set an alarm (unless you set the assistant language to Canadian, but then she says the degrees in celcius). Doesnt work with routines. The display has NEVER shown the temperature on mine. The ONLY pro is the sound quality is pretty decent, nice bass. Will be exchanging for another to see if that one will update, if not, I'll be getting my money back.

I think this is better than the original made by Google. Definitely for the price and features it comes with. Just a little hard to set up first. Read some reviews online to how to set it up since j was having issues at first.

This is a nice compact size and fits perfect on my nightstand. The numbers light up nice but not blinding at night. Google assistant was easy to set up and is a great feature of the radio. Google responds quickly to commands.

I purchased for the same price as a Google mini and the added alarm clock is nice. The microphone is a little sensitive, it has picked up people in other rooms talking to other home minis we have. I don't consider that a bad thing, just can get annoying if it starts talking to you when you haven't spoken to it. One of the most surprising features comes not from the product itself, but from the Google service it provides. Having multiple Google devices allows us to communicate across the house with the "broadcast" feature. Speak into one device and it will send the message to the others. It has saved a lot of yelling across the house.

Got this speaker on sale and loved it so much I own 2 of the minis and 2 big ones. They sound awesome for the price I bought them at. I have a smart home and these speakers are wonderful for that.

Purchased a few of these when they were on sale and gave some as gifts. Everybody loved them. I use it at work to play music throughout the day and I have no complaints about the quality.

I own 4 Insignia Google Assistant speakers. They are an awesome value. All the features of the Google branded speakers at a fraction of the price. Plus the sound quality on these are great. Don't hesitate to buy on or several.

I love this speaker! Easy to set up. You can play games, take quizzes, play literally any music you want... get weather and set alarms all with your voice. Bought 2 of them!
