Pretty great smart speaker and alarm clock. I have purchased a two already! Sounds much better than my Google home mini

I brought this in sale, Looking for a alarm clock and found this cheaper than a clock, great buy and kids love it.

This unit has a clock display which is much better than the mini home. So far so good.

Insignia Bluetooth was easy to set up and do not have to speak loud for it to respond.

I purchased this because it has the "Google Assistant" built into this Insignia Clock - The Insignia clock portion works just fine, gets the time from the network. Settup of Google Assistance however, is not very straight forward. I wouldn't believe the average person would be able to set this up without quite a bit of effort and reading of online help. With the Alexa and numerous "dots", all you need to do is essentially plug it in and follow an onscreen app wizard. Google Assistant you have to visit numerous google account settings to provide permissions, access, location, etc. I visited no less than 3 different Google account settings to allow it to make calls, followed the instructions to the "T". Google Assistance informs me after all of this, it cannot make calls at this time. Huh? There are instructions on how to do it, yet it is not a feature that works with the Insignia version of Google Assistant. Bottom line - it provides no additional functionality over the Amazon Alex and is difficult to set up. If it was for the Insignia Clock actually displaying the correct time, it would have been two stars.

This is super fun and cool to give commands with great results and great sound. Gave it as a Christmas gift. Major score!!

Bought it when it was on sale. Great deal. Google Assitstant is a big plus. Easy setup and good quality overall.

Good assistant that syncs well with phones, tablets and and Google devices easily. Decent sound quality as well.

I bought this for my wife to use as an alarm. It works very well and the Google assistant mic picks up across the room.

This is truly an amazing device. It is only limited by your imagination. How you ask your question, what music you ask it to play. Radio stations from around the world, music from many different cultures, instant answers to obscure questions, all at the request of a few spoken words. Never has so few buttons had so much functionality. At the price I paid for these, I am not just recommending these to friends and family, I am giving them as gifts. Everyone so far enjoys them.
