However, Best Buy is the only avenue to purchase this filter, and it seems they don't want to keep it in stock. Somehow I lucked out and was able to snag one a few months ago but it hasn't been in stock since. I honestly would not have purchased the Insignia refrigerator I also purchased from Best Buy had I known it would be this hard to get replacement filters.

Waiting on refrigerator that was on same order. refrigerator was in stock on 1/2 and we have set up 6 delivery appointments now and Best Buy has not shown up or called yet. Just have to keep going on line and rescheduling. Customer service is a joke. Wouldnt ever recommend using ever again.

Insignia Water Filter Replacement

What we are not so fond of is the refrigerator stops making ice cubes when it needs a new water filter. It took a few water filters to figure it out and we almost made appointments for service calls thinking our refrigerator was broken. Luckily now we have learned. Hope this helps others. The filters are not cheap!
