Great value plugged right in to my samsung refrigerator

We hesitated at first to buy a "non-brand" filter, but this has performed as reliably as the Samsung filters we normally buy. There's quite a strange aftertaste when first installing, but run a few glasses and pour them out, and you'll wind up with good, tasty, clean water.

This alternative brand is so much more economical than its counterpart. It works just as well and lasts just as long. We utilize our filtered water heavily as a family of 6. As a house full of active and athletic children we probably change the filter a bit more frequently and this one does not disappoint

I needed to replace the water filter in my Samsung refrigerator. The Samsung brand filter are a little expensive. The salesman suggested the Insigna replacement, stating they were the same as the Samsung brand. Worked perfectly, and the price was substantially cheaper.

I use to pay for the brand name filter for my refrigerator until I found these at Best Buy. What a cost savings these filters has been for me, same product but cheaper cost. I even make sure I keep up with the required changes (every 6mths) without feeling like this was a burden or expensive upkeep.

Easy to install, although it took me a second to get the filter all the way in. You have to add a little pressure as you turn. Once the grooves are connected, it installs with a simple quarter-turn. If you do not push hard enough, it seems to just spin and will not lock.

Excellent filter for the price paid for it. Have used this brand filter for over a year now since the original Samsung filter expired. Every 6 months on the dot the fridge display says it needs a new filter so replace with this brand.

Fits our samsung fridge and works as expected. Disclaimer is that we've only had it in for a few days.

Nice alternative filter for our Samsung refrigerator. Have had no issues and have used them for about a year and a half (replacing every six months). Much more reasonable price wise than the OEM filters. No complaints.

I have bought these water filters for my Samsung refrigerator since it was new. These are cheaper than the Samsung version and are more reliable than the off brand version found on Amazon. Highly recommend. Haven't had a problem with them!!

Have used the Insignia water filter for our Samsung refrigerator since we replaced the first Samsung factory filter. I cannot tell the difference in water taste or flow from the Brand-name filter; however, this one is less expensive. As far as I'm concerned, I'll keep buying this as my replacement filter!

Fit and work well. Produce fresh good tasting water

This is a great product and works well. The only installation issue I’ve had (which isn’t the fault of the filter) is the refrigerator instructions don’t say anything about water dripping out during the change. Best to have a towel handy!

Bought these because the reviews were good. I will say that the filters fit and water flowed, but it would intermittently (most of the time) cause the refrigerator to stutter and shake violently, like the water was sputtering; although the water did flow evening. However, this became too annoying and bothered my mother and father. 2 days later, they went and bought the Samsung model and all the noises and sputtering stopped. After close inspection there are subtle difference between the Insignia and the Samsung filters. I guess that was enough. If it works for you great. If not and you can live with the noise and shaking, then the price is right. I would recommend this to a friend only with the word of caution. You might have better results. Tried on Samsung French Door Refrigerator Model #RF4287HARS

Was so happy to find these filters at such a great price. My water filters enhances the taste of the water in my city, which is not very good in itself, so I am ecstatic to have found these filters.

When we went to purchase a new filter for our refrigerator, we could not find the recommended brand. This filter was recommended as a replacement. I find that it does a much better job filtering the water than the brand name for the refrigerator. The water tastes better with this filter.
