This is a great value in comparison to the Samsung water filter. However, I am not sure that the water tastes as clean as it did with the filter that came with my fridge (Samsung brand). It is really difficult to tell when researching if they filter out all of the same particles. It appears Samsung has a higher rating. Still, for the value I would choose this filter again. I have hard water where I live.

I ran into BB hoping they would have a samsung water filter for our Samsung french door fridge. As I stood there holding the "Samsung" branded filter with a shocked look on my face, the BB associate handed me the insignia double pack. It fits perfectly and filters water!

I found this 2-pack Insignia branded filters for the same price as one Samsung brand. I jumped on it since Best Buy has a return policy that allows you to return these if not happy.. they are perfect; my fridge works with them and the water tastes the same.

These were recommended by the Best Buy employee. I always bought the Samsung brand previous to this. Decided to give these a try as you get two for about the same price as the single Samsung. Seem to be OK... my family insists the water does not taste as good and they definitely slow the water flow down..takes longer to fill a glass. Undecided if I will purchase again. If price is an issue then these do the job.

I have a Samsung refrigerator that uses a specific model of water filter. When searching online for a replacement filter, I came across the Insignia brand. It saved me quite a bit of money over the Samsung brand filter. I was happy to find a less expensive option that presumably does the same thing.

These were recommended to me by the best buy sales rep mainly because of price(2 filters for basically same $50 price) and they turned out to work really well!

Samsung water filters are awesome as we didn't have to purchase a separate water filtration system for our kitchen. We had our water from fridge tested and it met all the City criteria as well as tastes great.

I was using the Samsung filters paying a lot of money just for 1 filter, I decided too try the Best Buy brand, I got two filters for the price of one, I gotta tell you, the water taste great and I'm not one of frige water, go buy it if you got a chance.

I didn't want to spend $50+ for the manufacturer brand filter so decided I'd try the generic at half the price. I've had no issues with installation or functionality, so there's no need to pay for the brand name when you get the identical functionality at half the cost.

I've been using these filters in my home for most of the year. These filters are a perfect replacement for my Samsung refrigerator. Apart from the label and the packaging, everything about this filter seems to be the same. Love that they cost half the price!

Easy install, does what it’s supposed to do. Great tasting ice and water.

Did not want to pay the price for the Samsung filter, bought HDX filter instead. My ice maker started making a terrible noise when it re-filled the ice tray. Talked to the place I bought my fridge from and they said it could be the filter. I returned the HDX brand, bought these, problem solved.

I was hesitant at first to go with this brand, so I just bought a one pack. Now I plan to buy the twin pack since they work great and I have no issues. This filter works exactly the same as Samsung filter. Just make sure to follow directions and soak in water as instructed.

I had to replace the water filter in my Samsung fridge and had never done it before. I started out to buy the branded filter, but after talking to a salesperson at Best Buy, I found Best Buy's brand for 1/2 the price and it worked just fine.

These filters fit perfectly in my Samsung refidgerator. Just what I needed at a great price.

I like this brand, especially for the cost (I get 2 for the price of 1) versus the refrigerator brand. Only downside is 1 of these doesn't last quite as long as 1 of the refrigerator brand. But for the price, I'd still buy it over the other because it's a 2 pack.

This filter is great and it’s pretty much the same as the Samsung one. I don’t see any different taste in my water and it does last for a few months. Save money and get yourself this filter!

I am very pleased with these filters. They fit exactly the same as the OEM Samsung filters and they also function very well. I have not noticed any flow restrictions or observed any abnormal aspects to the water or ice. I would definitely buy these again.
