Bought this filter because the Samsung filter was sold out. Cost less and works just as good as the Samsung filter.

Good alternative to the more expensive Samsung brand. Does not sacrifice quality or performance. Will purchase again in the future

We wondered about buying the Best Buy branded Insignia water filter versus the Samsung branded one, but the price difference was too compelling. After a full cycle, we're replacing the Insignia with...another Insignia. Water tastes fine. No leaks or other issues. So, from my viewpoint, it is a 100% replacement for the Samsung filter at a much more attractive price.

This is the first "generic" (non-Samsung) brand I have bought for my refrigerator. I got a 2 pack for the price of one Samsung filter. It seems fine. I installed it a couple weeks ago and no sediment or weird flavors.

Filters are alot cheaper that the Samsung filters and the quality is just as good. Water and ice taste great. Highly recommend.

These filters are great for the price. They do leak a little, but that could be just my refrigerator (we've had some issues with it). Last anywhere from 3-6 months depending on how much water/ice we use.

The water at our house is really hard and seemingly not treated very well from the city. Our family drinks a lot of water so we ultimately go through the filters fast. I was buying Samsung branded filters and spending a ridiculous amount for a single filter that only lasted me a couple months. I found the Insignia brand that comes in a two pack for the same cost as a single Samsung. They seem to be lasting me a little longer than the Samsung are for half the cost. Once I found these, I have not gone back to the other.

I am pleased with these water filter, easy to replace and feel good about the water I drink using these filters.

Did not have any problem to install and use this unit to replace another filter, the price difference does not show a lower quality.

Insignia Water Filters are great, easy to Install and Crystal clear Water. Very efficient and save tons of money.

After buying Samsung brand filters ever since I purchased my fridge, decided to try out this filter. Does exactly the same thing for half the price. Never buying Samsung filters again. Recommend.

Seems to be a good, cheaper, substitute, for the OE Samsung filter. Quality is good and no problem with the installation. I don't drink the water from my fridge so I can't comment to taste, but overall seems okay.

I’m so happy after finding this product - same price as one of the brand name products, but it works just as well.
