After trying them on, I returned them an hour later. The wire that connects the two headphones together is way too long. Plus the power button and volume up/down button were annoyingly placed on the wire. I returned these for the PowerBeats 3 which I didn't like either. If you have an iPhone, get the AirPods (they're awesome).

When I contacted customer service, they told me I'd have to call Insignia. Insignia said that Best Buy should replace it, and transferred me back to Best Buy. Best Buy then kept me on hold for nearly an hour, claiming they were waiting for a supervisor. Then they hung up on me. The product is defective, and Best Buy won't stand by it. I strongly recommend against purchasing this item if you want working headphones for more than 2 weeks.
