Nice to have but after a while the ear piece feels uncomfortable.

Good sound and blue tooth connection but only lasted 1 month. sound is only coming out one side now.

I have owned this device for 8 and a half months now and I'm satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for a relatively cheap (under $50) wireless earphones that can last roughly 6 hours and this fits the bill at a decent price. If you're looking for the same requirements and price, I think you should consider this device. Just don't expect high quality sound or more than 6 hours battery life. I'll break it down further if you're interested. Sound Quality: Let's be real. This is not a top-of-the-line earphone, so it's not going to be reviewed like one. It's a (relatively) cheap, wireless bluetooth device that's designed for mobile and hands free use. The sound quality is mediocre compared to $200+ audiophile headphones, but it's also an improvement from those $10 wired earphones you get at a convenience store. Don't expect amazing bass, and this device has no active noise cancelling features. It's stereo sound is clear enough for most music, and the call quality is decent enough for most situations with some exceptions. I've tested the call quality while riding a metro bus and metro train, and for the most part I can hear the other person on the line. I can't say anything about the sound quality while in an airplane because I've never tested it in that situation. The volume control is easy to use, and the loudest volume setting is enough to wake you up from sleep when you accidentally forget that it's still paired with your phone. I will say that the loudest volume setting will NOT compete with other ear/headphones that have active noise cancelling features, but since that's not an advertised feature it's not a negative aspect for the purpose of this review. If you want noise cancelling, pick another product. At the loudest volume setting, it will deafen near and distant conversations, and any sound lower than 60 decibels. Overall, it's a decent stereo sound quality for the price. Comfort: This is the other reason why I bought this product. Its bare earphone shape is big enough for my small ear (holes). It's a snug fit in my ears without adding the rubber ear fins. With the smallest ear fins added, it's a tight fit. It comes with large ear fins for bigger ear holes. While walking, the earphones don't pop out because of the snug fit and available ear fins, and running with it isn't a problem at all. I do want to mention the awkward balance with the voice controls on the right side of the earphones. It hangs about 2-3 inches under the right earphone making the weight balance offset to the right side. It's not noticeable when staying still, but very noticeable when moving. The earphones have a small clip included to attach on the left side of your clothes, but in my honest opinion is not enough to balance the weight. The whole earphone itself is fairly light compared to most over-the-head headphones, but that weight offset issue is notable and should be considered. Battery Life: This wireless bluetooth device is advertised as having up to 6 hours battery life, and I'll confirm to that about 5 and a half hours after having it for 8.5 months now. It fully charges in about 1 hour after depleting the 5.5 hours of active use. I don't think I've had the device last 6 hours since my first use with it. If you're looking for more than 5.5 hours use, look for another product. Portability: There's not much to expand upon this topic other than the device does NOT come with a carrying case (which is not a negative point because it's not advertised as being included with one). Its bluetooth functionality is easy to pair with phones, PCs, smart TVs, etc. It's range is about 20 feet, but that's probably debatable. It's range is far enough to stay connected while walking throughout the house or in the same floor of an office building from the other paired device. Anything further than that and the earphones will lose connection. I usually dump the earphones in my jeans pocket or jacket pocket, and it'll fit most clothing pockets. The USB charger cable is also easily portable with the earphones and both will fit most clothing pockets. It would've been nice if it came with or there was a carrying case available for it, but that's more of a personal preference. Construction Quality: The earphone construction is made of hard plastic that should fit an average person's ear. The audio cable that connects both earphones is very thin and of decent quality. The included ear fins are made of clear-grayish rubber. After owning this product for 8.5 months now, it is still at the same quality as the first day I bought it. I can't stress that enough. My earphones have not degraded in quality yet after 8.5 months. The charge cable and earphones have not been damaged or degraded at all, and I expect it to last for another 2 years. Maybe I'll update this review a year or two from now to see if the build quality degrades if any. Remaining Thoughts: Overall, this product really was a good value, comfortable, and have decent sound quality. It's priced at $39.99 and I bought it for $15.89 (it was on sale). At that price, I can honestly say that I'm 100% satisfied with it. After 8 and a half months of daily use, it is still my favorite wireless earphones compared to my previous ones. I hope my review was helpful.

I like it. I dont like is that it not loud. When it to much noise it sound low. But it good 2 listen to music.

OK headset, not the best sound, I wouldn't buy this headset again.

The sound is clear. I was not expecting the headphones to be so big.

Would not purchase this item for use in a iPhone. When using everyone always had problems hearing me.

The earbuds are harder bigger which makes them not fit comfortably.

Returned they seemed flimsily so purchased Sony ones instead .

I have liked all prior purchased Insignia products. Not this one. I don't think it's an Insignia issue. Most important to me was the quality of my voice to the person on the other end of a call. These did not deliver. I went with Apple. If all you want is to listen, these are fine.

Needs much better fit. Perhaps a detachable and cleanable piece to fit in ear.

For the price you can't beat it I gave them to my kid and they seem to like it.

These would have been great if it wasn't for how bad the sound is. They sound terrible. Mids and high notes are significantly muffled. I'd hoped for sound at least as good as the pack-in wired apple headphones but sadly not even close. I'm returning these.
