The way the sit in your ear lets in a lot of outside noise. I usually buy ear bud type headphones, so I'm used to how they feel, but I would not recommend these.

I set them up for her and after a few days I tried them for myself. They sounded terrible. I told her I would take them back if she wanted and she did not protest at all. They paired well but they look and feel cheap and the sound from them was worse than a $5 pair of convenience store headphones. You can do better than this Insignia.
