One side on longer works due to the cord being thin. With that being said this was so good heatset. It still works but only out of one ear. Connects well over a pretty good distance. Would loev to buy another pair.

I got them for my husband and he uses them constantly for work purposes primarily. They don't vibrate when a call is coming so when his phone is silences he misses a lot of calls. The neck is also a little flimsy. Other than that, it does it's job. I love the retractable ear buds though.
