This headset definetely gets the job done for sure!

I really enjoy my blue booth. I love to be hand free.

These are sturdier than the LGs my husband has had previously. If you get the warranty, the replacement is SO easy. These have withstood my husband wearing them 24/7 on his job outside in all conditions.

Works great for everyday people! I am a freelance graphic designer, and student, and I use this when I workout at the gym and even when sweat gets all over it, it performs up to par. Better experience than the LG.

I like that these have the band; I always worry about small wireless ones falling out. Have two daith piercings and the soft tips work well with them.

way too big. not really a comfortable fit and kind of heavy and bulky. The sound quality was not good at all but I was in compliance with the hands free law.

I use these for work. They work great for the first 3-4 months then they stop working. Currently only one side is working. Will be taking them back this weekend. If you decide to buy these make sure you get the extended warranty.

Bee buying these headphones for a few years now and they are amazing. Am very upset that they are being discontinued because the quality was great

I purchased this Insignia wireless headset for my husband and he likes them very much, especially the retractable aspect. While he's using them I have had no problem hearing him or vice versa.

I bought it for me ,and I have been Loving it ever since I picked it up . I had no problem with it .it dropped so many times and nothing happened to it . It very durable to have .

I have a lot Insignia products in my house and have found them to be a great value. Headphones work great, can cut out if your phone/IPod is in your pocket occasionally but love them at my desk at work.

I bought this for my son. It worked great at first, but after a couple of months the left earbud went out. They did offer to replace it for free, I just had to pay for shipping. Just not the greatest quality but good customer service.

A big NOPE. Insignia is the lower end brand that Bestbuy carries and this product is one of the reasons. I get why they have them but I won’t buy this brand anymore

I have had this almost a year with no issues! Both headphones still work neither side has went out yet like i normally would have either the right or left headphone fail by now.

There's not much that I can say about this headset. I love it and hope that Best Buy will always continue to sell their Insignia brand of this headset.

The insignia wireless headphones have performed great since my purchase. Previously purchased competitors products stopped working within a few months. So far so good. No complaints today.

I have used other blue tooth headsets before I brought this one. The headset is to bulky and clumsy around the neck. But if you want an headset that just does job, this is okay.

The battery takes at least 10hrs before charging again. I love the retractable and it stays on my neck unlike the other ones I bought it keeps sliding. I’m very satisfied!
