The con is, it picks up all the background noise. The caller on the other end is always complaining about the background noise being way too loud.

They replaced them at Best Buy with this set and they still don't work. Insignia is not that great of a brand. I will never purchsse these agsin.

Only had them a little over a year. I had cheaper ones that lasted longer then 18 months...smh

There are oddly shaped which I find uncomfortable. Also the lack of vibrating makes them almost pointless to be notified of an incoming call.

If I put my phone in my back pocket then you couldn't hear me on the headset. The whole time no matter where he was or where his phone was there was so much static noise going on it was hard to hear sometimes.
