Headset would not sync with phone I had. I purchased the headset and it would not sync so I went to Geek Squad for help. They tried to help but we ending up returning one for the same type. When I got the new one home it would not sync either. I returned the headset for a refund.

It didn't last but 6 months I was very disappointed in them.I had to take them back. I tried to work with them I had to keep hooking them up they kept disconnecting as I had charged them up overnight.

This thing doesn't has 6 months and I'm facing problems to charge it, it's not charging at all, so pay attention when you pay an expensive product, if it's really good...I always trusted insignia:but I start to change my mind about it!

Sound quality is terrible. Sounds like you are under water. There is no way to fast forward or rewind while listening to music, no skip option. No option to mute during phone conversations. Very limited functionality.

Poor conductivity. Didn’t work most of the time. Directions did not have step by step instruction. Much of the set up was by trail and error. Time consuming. Difficult to sinc to my phone.

I've bought 4 pairs of Bluetooth headsets and this is by far the quietest one. I don't know if its just mine or not but its like it doesn't react to trying to turn up the volume up or down on the side buttons.

Owned it for a few weeks. Was working fine. Now it won't sync with my phone. Would return it but Best buy has a very short return policy. Last 2 items from Best Buy I have had to return.

Cheap knock offs of the LG, which are only $20 more. Don't get them, if phone is even in your pocket or more than 1 foot away, its all static. Not very loud either, using on a Samsung S8

This headphones didn't last a week! I have LG but my husband wanted something similar, big mistake. Did work nice for like 5 days and then died. I would not recommend this to anyone.
