The left ear piece did not work right out of the box

I initially had an LG model similar to this one and after about 2 years the right ear started to go in and out. I had the replacement coverage, so I ended up getting this one since it was close to what I had originally. The sound of the LG was better and the LG was a little lighter, but overall these earphones are not bad.

Needed something like these for work. I accidentally dropped them into a catchpan with about 4" of chemicals. Crude oil, waste water, solvents, dirty rain water, and various bugs. Ten minutes later my phone shows that its still connected. So, I fish it out with a wire, and the little blue light is blinking! I played Amazing Grace (bagpipes and drums) and I can hear it from the headset. Threw that one in the trashcan and bought a new one, same model. The battery life is good, too. I watch youtube and facebook videos throughout the day between jobs, maybe 2 or 3 hours worth, and only have to charge it up once every 4 days.

I find the sound quality to be acceptable, but then again I listen to mostly Audible recorded books. The retracting earphone cords are an interesting touch though not smooth and quiet - functional, for now. My main issue has been Bluetooth dropouts. Oddly, the headset never tells me its been disconnected when the drop happens. There's a recognizable delay of a few seconds quiet, then it announces "Connected to your device". The iPod Touch quits playing of course, so you have to restart the book (or music) which is annoying. It seems that the headset doesn't like having the connected device anywhere but your right side, whether in a pocket or holding it or what have you. I recommend these but just barely, as for the money I expect more than the weak BT signal implementation I get from the $10 specials at the local dollar store.

I found this headset to be perfect for my needs. Easy set up and charging with good sound quality and controls.

It gets the job done. Haven't heard complains about not hearing me or had any issues with dropped calls.

When I chose this product it seemed the best product for the price spent. The sound quality is good, and the retractable ear buds are the plus. But you have to hold a button down to retract the ear bud, which is built cheap. This is my third headset purchased within the last 4 years. This is the first I purchased that does not vibrate for an incoming call. And it also does not inform you when the call ends. You also have to look at the red or blue light to know if your device is turned on or off due to the product not vibrating to inform you if it is turned on or off. I have had it for 3 days and will be returning it for a better product.

It is very comfortable to wear it during sports. Moreover, the quality of sound is acceptable for this price.

A very good product for user with in-ear setting, sounding is great! Will recommend for families and friends! Keep it up !

This's excellent forme but bit in 4 stars inoverallrating. Its light and soft neckband make me feel comfort. Sounds accept, friendlyuse, that to be improve if having a call signal in standby mode to be prefect for me.

Tangle free retractable earbuds.with great call quality

I have had 2 of these now, and both times they started to become faulty after 6 months. Both times they where dead at about a year. The battery life is great for someone who works 8 hrs a day, now if only the headphones themselves would last...

The retractable is a plus..The volume is great. The range is awful.. Unless I'm in the same room with my phone it does not work. I lose connection if I go downstair or the bedroom directly across from mine.

I bought this just two weeks ago and at first I was very impressed with the battery life the sound is not that good but it’s okay for the price. After I charged for the first time it would not connect to my phone. I turned on and off a few times and it connect to my phone but then when I call someone it dropped the connection and I couldn’t get it back to connect again. Don’t waste your time and money in buying this.

These worked ok for a while and then shorted out 45 days after purchase. They are stuck vibrating as long as they have a charge. I also bought the noise canceling version which are still working at this time.

Do not buy these headphones. Cheap plastic and a poor sound quality. I had these a couple of weeks and they started shorting out from just working out every day. The fact that best buy put this brand as "theirs" is a embarrassment. The ear pieces are uncomfortable an the retractable cord is sluggish. I would not reccomend this product to anyone and for the price it is a very expensive mistake.
