Very disappointed

The Caps Lock light illuminates opposite of when it's supposed to and the letter "C" no longer works. I know it was a cheap keyboard but I expected it to work longer than a month.

Don't Buy The Cheapest Just Because It's Cheap
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a number of immediate issues with Insignia keyboard and mouse and, truthfully, I no longer have the list--which I offered to the person who took this product as a refund after just a few days of use (less than a week). She declined to hear my complaints of the product. Several people in the store and the keyboard area said that Logitech was a good product. I purchased it, and it has been working just fine. Sorry I can't give a specific complaint; I just recall that it was frustrating enough to send me back to the store with my "list" within a few days. The replacement product cost $20-30 more, and my thought was, "Well, that's just the way it goes. You get what you pay for." I DO recommend Logitech. I DO NOT recommend Insignia.

Not as good as the last one

The keyboard rocks when elevated. I don't know if it is a succession of bad batteries, but we have had to replace the ones in the mouse twice in one month.

Basic and now sadly deceased

Short Range :(

The mouse is even worst; not even longer than a foot away from the USB receiver. It would of worked great in short distance.

H and N stopped working on day 31

I just checked my receipt and confirmed I had 30 days to return, and I just passed that date. If you purcase this keyboard get the warranty. I did not thinking I can get a years worth of usage out of te keyboard. Underneath the keys are rubber inserts to depress a button. Somehow it is no longer aligned to accurately depress the H and N keys making corrections very difficult. Luckily spell check can see most of the errors, but I am still disappointed at the loss of usage so soon after the warranty. I have write about 10,000 words on the keyboard during this first month. FYI, if you use a small screwdriver youll have no issues using H and N.

not worth the price

It's frustrating to have to go back and correct the partial words that appear on my screen.
