Didn't last very long

Easy to setup, but clunky to use.

Don’t waste your money

I got this while I was on lunch for work as I didn’t like the keyboard they provide but to my surprise when I got to work and started typing my c, m, and v key didn’t work. I literally had to press down really hard for about 20 secs for it to work. I gave it the day thinking they keys needed to be broken in but no such luck so I returned it right after work. Just pay a little more and get a better keyboard this one was trash.

Just allow me to remind you that there is a 15-day exchange period offered by Best Buy as a store. Replaced within a month

I ended up exchanging it within a month for a replacement because the mouse ate through batteries at least once a week before it stopped working. Then, the keys stopped working on the keyboard. I ended up just throwing it away after the second time I needed to get it exchanged.

Keys get stuck and stopped working after 3 months

Mouse works well no issues but some keys stopped working, I use the number keypad a lot and the 1 & 0 stopped working as did the right arrow key. Which is frustrating as I use all three a lot. Very disappointed as I purchased it mid July & it’s mid September & I’ve had these issue for a while now. Would not recommend.

Not as functional as I thought

Horrible keyboard

I have to press really hard for the keys to actually work, which means I have to waste time because some might not enter the letter or digit they're supposed to, so I have to check. Now digit 1 in the calculator pad has stopped working = more time wasted. I'll look into replacing with with something else. I bought this in April, and it's getting worse by the day. DO NOT BUY IT.

Didn’t last long

Exactly what everyone was complaining about is what happened to me. Certain keys didn’t work any longer and then other keys followed. Now none of the keys are the number keypad work. It’s still under the one year warranty but I can only exchange it. I don’t want the same keyboard because it most likely will do it again. I already bought a Lenovo keyboard that works great. Maybe Best Buy will give me store credit. I don’t know.

poor quality, "g" key does not work.

It is different than all the other keys on the keyboard. Poor quality, or no Quality Assurance performed on this product. Renders the keyboard frustrating and useless. ex. "George goes to Georgia", comes out as "eore oes to eorgia" Would like to exchange it, but not sure how to contact BestBuy to get that done.

Keyboard occasionally goes into caps lock
