    Crap. Purchased the set in April, and now in November, the keyboard has stopped functioning properly. Sometimes it stops working altogether, or it responds intermittently. I tried to contact Best Buy and I had no response, even got a Geek Squad chat shut down in my face. I guess you get what you pay for. Spend the extra $10 and get a Logitech set.

    Looks nice and feels solid but after 3wks, some keys started failing. I ended up returning it.

    Both this item some time in December, it worked fine but within couple of weeks the response time of both the keyboard and mouse has greatly reduced, changed the battery, reconnected the devise and rebooted by computer, nothing seems to work. Unfortunately time to return has expired, not sure if there is a manufacture warranty on this,

    Don't buy open Box items

    Made a bad mistake of buying an open box item. Keyboard has an intermittent sticky shift key. BestBuy will not stand behind their "Excellent" condition rating as given on the box and receipt. Waste of money. it's conduct like this from a company that makes ex-customers of their cliental.

    I purchased this keyboard about a month ago and all was well. The mouse was a bit delayed, but I could live with it because I could just use my old mouse. Now, 2 weeks later, the keyboard begins to lag, fail to pick up key presses, and overall fails to be a reliable keyboard. do not purchase this item.

    Buy any other combo set on the planet! The bottom row of keys on the keyboard stopped working on day 14. So peeved (can’t use the word I originally typed) at Insignia for putting this junk on the shelf, that I don't even want my $20 back. Will never buy anything Insignia again!! Can't put your name on a decent keyboard?? They've been making them for over 40 years!!

    Within 1 week of beginning usage, the keys started sticking, and some would not enter their character, no matter how soft or hard the key was pressed. The wheel on the mouse seldom scrolled unless pressed with extreme pressure. The mouse was sized for a child's hand, it was so small. Nothing about either mouse or keyboard was a positive experience.

    The keys on this keyboard don't really work, not the lower portion at least besides the space bar, but the number pad you pretty much almost have to smash the keys, considering buying a new keyboard because it was only after the 15 days that it started to misbehave.

    Nice sleek design. Keyboard drops some characters when typing quickly. Keyboard wireless signal occasionally interferes with mouse. Several keys (arrows and number pad) stopped working in less than 2 months. Tried to return to Best Buy, but they wouldn’t exchange.
