Both mouse and keyboard started working immediately. However, after typing a few words, the keyboard froze, and after several seconds started working again. This kept happening repeatedly. I unplugged the transmitter and plugged it into another USB, but it did the same thing after a short while. I had purchased two combo units and the other did the same thing on another computer. I looked on the Insignia website to see if their might be driver updates, but could not locate any. I called Insignia support, and after troubleshooting, was advised that there was no solution, and I should return the devices. This was a disappointment!

A little uncomfortable

Mouse won't go into standby, have to turn it off everytime I'm done using it or the batteries drain. Feels a little funny in my hand too, not good for long use. Keyboard works great so far.
