    Keyboard is good but mouse could be better. It doesn't always work and skips around. Should have spent a few dollars more to get a better brand that I know would work.

    Not a fan of this set. The keyboard is finicky when it comes to wireless range and it isn't sensitive. The mouse is slightly better but feels and acts cheap. If you want quality, I would not recommend this.

    I got this keyboard and mouse, because it was on sale. After using it for about 3 weeks half of the keys started not working. I was not satisfied with this buy.

    Some people don't think products should get one star reviews simply because the product was received damaged. However this wasn't shipped to me. I bought it off the shelf from Best Buy. The mouse had something broken inside it that rattled whenever you moved it. There were 5 keys on the keyboard that didn't work. One that was permanently stuck in the down position. As far as I'm concerned this is an issue with quality control at Insignia. How hard is it to package products that aren't so clearly broken. Just my two cents.

    When I bought this product, it worked great for a few days then the keys became hard to push. The "J" key had to be pushed very hard at least twice to get it to work. The "FHB" keys were difficult to push also. When I exchanged it, that keyboard had the same problems. I had to return it and buy a more expensive one.

    Bought this on a budget , liked the idea of the combo package for the low cost. Had it for 1 month and the mouse wheel stopped working. Now some of the keys dont work.

    Not great...basically a $20 mouse. Several of the keyboard keys did not work and i threw away the box before i figured it out. :(

    I'm guessing the broken wheel was spefilic to my particult mouse, but i keep returning faulty items to Best Buy so you gotta wonder. So (frustratingly) it has been over 14 days since I purchased it and even with all my transactions at Best buy, their policy on electronics calls for 14-day window. my dying mother just opened it and my brother was there and us kisd have never seen my mother mistreat anything. all I want is to exchnge it for the SAME item and they won't let me. What a joke

    Letters unreadable

    Each of the keys has a tiny, clear, protective-coating "bump" over the letter to prevent wearing the white lettering off of the black keys. My desk is lighted with a cieling light which shines straight down on the keyboard. The convex bump reflects light, so I see a bright spot instead of a letter. I am not an expert typist, so I need to see the lettering. I kept the mouse and bought a white keyboard with black lettering. Except for this odd situation, it would get a five.

    Bought the keyboard/mouse combo and thought I was getting a good deal. Have purchased many Insignia products and this is the first one I am disappointed in. The numerous keys do not always work which gets very frustrating. I should have made purchase based on quality but decided to let cost influence me instead. Will spend the extra $10 next time to purchase a better quality keyboard.

    Seem like it wouldn't hold up over time for a person using it with any regularity. Ended up returning for a Microsoft model also sold at bestbuy.

    The mouse is not very comfortable and the wheel is very loose. Never even opened free keyboard.
